Denver and Boulder Furnace Service

Season changes in Colorado can have wide temperature swings. We run our Air Conditioners in the day and Furnaces at night. As we approach the fall it's time to think about having your furnace serviced. After running your AC all summer most people forget about their furnaces. They forget to replace the filter and the dirt builds up on the motor and in the ventilation. Dust can also clog the AC coil that sits on top of the furnace. The problem with all the dust is that it costs you money. Dirt build up on your motor can cause it to overheat and cause it to break down. A clogged AC coil can stop the air from moving freely and cause the furnace to overheat and shut down. You should have your furnace checked to be sure it's not leaking Carbon Monoxide or Natural Gas into your home. Remember to replace your filter monthly and have your furnace checked before using it this season.
